1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kasiel (“the Service”), available at kasiel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Kasiel is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that provides automated research, buy/sell verdicts, price targets, and market data analysis. The Service is a research tool and does not constitute financial advice, investment management, or brokerage services. Kasiel does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage portfolios on your behalf.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Kasiel offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. Usage allowances (number of analyses per month) reset on your billing date.
5. Affiliate Program
Eligible subscribers may participate in the Kasiel affiliate program. Affiliates earn a 25% recurring commission on referred user subscriptions for as long as the referred user maintains their subscription. Kasiel reserves the right to modify commission rates or terminate the affiliate program with 30 days' notice. Fraudulent referrals or self-referrals will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible account termination.
6. Not Financial Advice
Kasiel is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All analysis, verdicts, price targets, and content provided through the Service are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute personalized investment advice. You should not make investment decisions based solely on Kasiel's output. Always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance and AI-generated predictions do not guarantee future results.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms of the Service; (b) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (c) resell, redistribute, or commercially republish Kasiel's analysis output without permission; (d) use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage; or (e) attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by Kasiel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. Analysis results generated for your account may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasiel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, investment losses, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Kasiel's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@kasiel.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain anonymized analysis data for accuracy tracking purposes.
